Ijè Coaching · the terms that govern our work together

1 · What is coaching

Ijè Coaching provides one-to-one transformative coaching, online. Coaching is a professional, confidential thinking partnership. It is not therapy, counselling, medical, legal or financial advice, and it does not diagnose or treat any condition. If at any point another kind of support would serve you better, I will say so and help you find it. I trained with the Animas Centre for Coaching on the Accredited Diploma in Transformative Coaching, an ICF accredited programme, am completing the supervised practice hours toward full accreditation, and my practice is aligned to the ICF Code of Ethics.

2 · Founding clients

My first ten clients are founding clients. A founding client joins while I complete my Animas accreditation, at founding prices: £300 for the six-session Empowerment Journey (or two payments of £160, £320 in total), and £60 for a single session. From 1 December 2026 the standard prices are £600 for the Journey and £110 for a single session. A founding client's price is locked for the full six sessions once booked, whatever happens to prices afterwards, and their first late cancellation is waived. Everything else in these terms applies to founding and standard clients alike.

3 · Booking and payment

Sessions are booked through the booking page and paid via Stripe. For a coaching session to proceed, full payment for the session must have been received prior to the session starting. The price you see at booking is the price you pay; founding-cohort pricing is honoured for the full six sessions once booked. Instalment plans are offered as standard, which includes two payments of £160 for the founding Journey. The instalment total is £20 more than the one-off price; the difference covers the extra payment processing and administration a split payment carries. Please note that an instalment plan is an agreement to pay the full amount.

Paying on the website. When you pay directly on the website, your payment confirmation immediately hands you the Coaching Agreement and the Recording & AI Consent form to read and sign online. Your booking link follows as soon as both are signed, and no session takes place before then. If, having read them, you decide not to proceed, everything you have paid for sessions not yet held is refunded in full.

4 · Rescheduling, cancellation and no-shows

  • Give 24 hours' notice and a session moves free of charge, as many times as life requires.

  • Less than 24 hours, or a no-show, and the session is counted as delivered. Founding clients: your first late cancellation is waived; life happens once for free.

  • If I ever need to move a session, you get the same courtesy: as much notice as possible, and it is always rescheduled, never lost.

5 · Your legal right to cancel (online purchases)

Buying online gives you a 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If you ask to start your sessions within those 14 days, you agree that each session delivered is paid for; cancel within the period and you are refunded for the sessions not yet held.

6 · If it isn't for you

If within the first two sessions you feel coaching with me is not right for you, say so. You pay only for the sessions we have held and the rest is refunded. After session two, remaining sessions can always be rescheduled but are not refunded. This exists so that saying yes never feels like a trap.

7 · Between sessions

Between sessions I am available for scheduling, availability and pricing questions, and for sharing your written session artefacts. Coaching itself happens in sessions, where it has my full attention. Anything worth thinking through properly belongs in your next session, or in an additional session if it cannot wait.

8 · Confidentiality, and its limits

What you say in coaching stays in coaching. The exceptions are the ones the law and ethics require: risk of serious harm to you or someone else, safeguarding concerns, or where disclosure is required by law. Sessions are recorded only with your separate written consent, and the Recording & AI Consent form governs everything about how recordings, transcripts and written artefacts are made, stored and deleted.

9 · Your part

Coaching produces change through what you do between sessions. You are responsible for your own decisions, actions and results. I promise you a professional, prepared, fully present coach, and no coach can promise a specific outcome.

10 · Liability

My liability to you is limited to the fees you have paid for the coaching. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

11 · Changes to these terms

I may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this website at the moment you book is the version that applies to your booking. Changes apply to future bookings only and are never applied to sessions you have already booked.

12 · Complaints and the law

If something is wrong, tell me first: hello@ijecoaching.com, and I will respond within five working days. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
